Prepare your document: Make sure it’s clean and free of glare or shadows. Place it on a flat surface before beginning.
2. Set up your shot: Stand in a well-lit area (natural light is best). Hold your ID in one hand, next to your face, making sure both your face and the ID are clearly visible.
Additional Tips:
1. Avoid flash to prevent reflections or glare.
2. Do not cover any part of your face with the ID
3. Look straight into the camera
4. Remove accessories such as hats, sunglasses, headbands, or tinted glasses
5. Keep your hand steady to avoid blurry images
6. Make sure the ID is not flipped or mirrored — text must appear correctly
7. Photos must be in full colour and high resolution
