Transactions of non-accepted coins or coins sent via the wrong network will not be credited or returned to you (they will be entirely lost and cannot received or returned by BetKudos).

Before sending, ensure coin compatibility with the platform.
Send a small test amount first to confirm you are using the correct coin, network and address.

What should I do if I send crypto with an incorrect tag or memo?
Cryptocurrencies like EOS/XRP require both the correct address and a memo or tag to credit funds to your BetKudos balance. If a mistake occurs, please use the messenger or email [email protected].
What happens if I don't pay the full transaction fees?
All cryptocurrencies require a transaction fee to be paid for the transaction to be processed.
If the fee you've provided is too low, the transaction may take longer to be confirmed and processed by the network.
Where can I see pending deposits?
