To verify the origin of your funds, you may provide any of the following accepted documents:
Accepted Proof of Source of Funds Documents
1. Bank Statements
Must display:
Your full name
Account number
Bank’s name and address
A consistent pattern of deposits and withdrawals over a period of 3–6 months
2. Pay Slips / Salary Statements
Must include:
Your full name
Employer’s name and address
Gross pay
Payment dates aligned with your bank deposits
Example: A deposit of $1,000 on March 15 should be supported by a pay slip from March for the same amount.
3. Tax Returns
Must include:
Your full name
Taxpayer identification number
Adjusted gross income
Evidence of consistent and/or growing income over time
4. Investment Statements
Must display:
Your full name
Account number
Brokerage firm’s name and address
Details of investments, values, and any earned interest or dividends
5. Gift Declaration
Must include:
A signed written statement from the donor
Amount and date of the gift
The relationship between donor and recipient
6. Inheritance
Must include:
A copy of the will or trust
The relevant death certificate
7. Real Estate Sales
Must include:
A copy of the property deed or title
A recent property tax bill
8. Business Income
Must include:
Business licenses
Tax returns
Financial statements
9. Lottery or Gambling Winnings
Must include:
Receipt of winnings
Supporting bank statement showing where the funds were deposited
10. Company Sale Proceeds
Must include:
A letter outlining the company sale, signed by a licensed solicitor or regulated accountant
Must be on official letter-headed paper
11. Divorce Settlements
Must include:
A copy of the divorce settlement agreement
Bank statement showing the received funds
12. Loans
Must include:
A signed copy of the loan agreement
Bank statement showing the credited amount and current account balance
13. Cryptocurrency Mining
Must include:
A ledger showing mined amounts
The wallet address and transaction hash where the mined crypto was received
Document Requirements
To ensure your documents are accepted, they must meet the following criteria:
Submit original photos or PDFs only – screenshots are not accepted
Documents must be issued within the last 6 months
All information must be in Latin (international) character format
Your full name and address must be clearly visible
The issuer’s name and issue date must be included
The entire document must be fully visible, without any obstructions
